Schenectady SPCA Offering Reward in Case of Cat Nailed to Tree
Authorities are looking for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for nailing a cat to a tree in Schenectady, New York.Schenectady Police say they are still investigating after the discovery was made on October 14, 2015.
The Schenectady SPCA says they are offering a reward of $1,000 for the information.
Donations are also being accepted by the organization. Information is available on the Schenectady SPCA Facebook page.
