Second Arrest Made In Utica Shots Fired Incident

Utica Police have arrested a second suspect in a "shots fired" incident earlier this month at James and Oneida Streets.

18-year old Ammar Williams of Utica is charged with reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.

Earlier this week, police arrested 17-year old Jailan Liggins on the same charges.

No one was injured in the shooting incident.
