Second Suspect Arrested In New Hartford Burglaries

A second suspect has been arrested in a series of home burglaries and car larcenies in New Hartford.

New Hartford Police have charged 20-year old Terry Spratt of Utica with burglary and petty larceny.

Police say Spratt and Gino Placanaca, who was arrested earlier this week, are allegedly responsible for stealing two cars and entering numerous vehicles and homes over a two night period.

The investigation is continuing and more charges are expected against both men.
