Arrest Made In Animal Cruelty Case In Trenton
A Trenton man is facing charges after a dead horse was found on the shoulder of the road on Korber Road in the Town of Trenton.
The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says 42-year old Marvin Miller, the owner of the horse, was arrested for a violation of the Agriculture and Markets Law -- overdriving, torturing and injuring animals and failing to provide proper sustenance.
A necropsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death.
The SPCA assisted the Sheriff's Office in the investigation.
