Should Gov. Cuomo Be Allowed To Text His Staff?

Marcy, NY (WIBX) - Governor Cuomo has come under fire by some critics for his propensity for texting his staff members.  Opponents of the practice say that it does not create a paper trail and allows communication to take place in secret.

Others say that is a quick and effective means of communication, and completely appropriate in today's world.
