Steuben Man Charged After Crash In Floyd

Floyd, NY (WIBX) - A Steuben man is facing charges following a Sunday morning accident in the Town of Floyd.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says 25-year old Dale Annis lost control of his vehicle on Soule Road, struck a utility pole and overturned.

A passenger in the vehicle, 30-year old Corey Graveline, was seriously injured.

He's listed in critical condition at St. Elizabeth Medical Center.

Annis was not injured.

He was charged with DWI, assault and speed not reasonable.

The investigation is continuing.
