Storms Produce Heavy Rain And Hail [PHOTOS]

Storms that blew through the area this afternoon dumped heavy rain and hail on the area.

The photo above shows hail that fell on Broad Street in Utica.

There were also reports of downed trees and power lines.

The National Weather Service says the thunderstorms produced 60 mile per hour wind gusts and quarter-size hail.
