Surface Engineer To Speak At SUNYIT For President’s Lecture Series

Marcy, NY (WIBX) - One of the foremost surface engineering researchers will be at SUNYIT, speaking as part of the President's Lecture series.

On October 4th, Professor Ludvik Martinu, from the Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal, will present "Surface Engineering: Bridging Nature, Arts, Science and Nanotechnology" in the Student Center multipurpose room.

Surface engineering alters the exterior of an object to reduce wear or fatigue.

Professor Martinu's lecture is free to attend, and a reception will follow.
