Affluenza Teen Stalling?
FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — Lawyers for a Texas teen who cited "affluenza" as a defense in a deadly drunken-driving wreck may be attempting to stall deportation to the United States by claiming that Mexican authorities violated his human rights.
