The Oneida's Yellow Brick Road Casino is getting closer to their June 2nd opening.

Oneida Indian Nation Representative Ray Halbritter is responding to the news that Washington Redskins owner Daniel Snyder is announcing the creation of a foundation designed to help Native Americans.

During an interview this weekend with the Associated Press, President Obama said if he owned the Washington Redskins of the National Football League, he "would consider changing the name."
