UPD: Utica Woman Threatens Boyfriend With Kitchen Knife
Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Police arrested a woman after she threatened her boyfriend with a kitchen knife. According to officials familiar with the case, 27 year old Kelly Claffey of Milgate Street in Utica is facing a Menacing charge for the incident that occurred at approximately 10:30 a.m. yesterday.
