Teen Charged With Falsely Reporting An Incident

A student at Madison-Oneida BOCES is facing charges for allegedly pulling a fire alarm in the hallway of the school when there was no actual fire.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office say the 16-year old has been charged with falsely reporting an incident -- a felony.  The incident happened last month.

The fire alarm caused the school to be evacuated.

The teen has been issued an appearance ticket.
