Teen Charged With Sex Crime Facing Theft Charges

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica teen is facing his second trip to jail in less than a month. Officials say 17-year-old Jack Carter, who was arrested two weeks ago and charged with a sex crime, found himself in police custody again. This time, he's accused of stealing two candy bars from Hannafords. Officials charged Carter with Petit Larceny.
