The Oneida Square Roundabout Is Open For Business

Utica, NY (WIBX) - The roundabout in the Arts District of Downtown Utica is officially open for motorists use. Construction is slated to be complete at the end of October, however, the roundabout section is already in use.  WIBX took a glimpse into the controversial project that has gone over its intended $2 million budget by a figure that's still being disputed by lawmakers.
