Three Arrested Following Home Invasion In Westmoreland
State Police have arrested a Utica man and two teens following a home invasion in Oneida County.
According to officials, 20-year-old Carlos Rojas and the two juveniles allegedly unlawfully entered a residential garage in the Town of Westmoreland.
Troopers say, the assailants allegedly assaulted a 21-year-old and 23-year-old male with a gun and glass bottle.
Both victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment and released.
The 17-year-old and 15-year-old suspects were arrested, along with Rojas, and are facing several charges including Burglary and Assault.
The names of the two teens will not be released due to their age.
