The Utica Fire Department is investigating a house fire that broke out Tuesday afternoon on Dudley Avenue.

When crews arrived flames could be seen coming from the attic of the single family home.

Firefighters were battling the blaze inside the home until the roof collapsed. The fire was then upgraded to a 2nd alarm.

A search of the dwelling confirmed all occupants were accounted for and three dogs were rescued from the home.

No injuries were reported.
