Three Facing Drug Charges In Utica

Three Utica residents are facing charges after Utica Police executed a search warrant at 627 William Street.

The warrant was part of an investigation into the sale and distribution of drugs.

Officers allegedly found cocaine and marijuana during the search.

39-year old Riheem Pitts, 52-year old James Garrett and 51-year old Shirley Butler were all charged with criminal possesion of a controlled substance.

Piits faces an additional charge of unlawful possession of marijuana.
