Three Injured In Motorcycle Crash In Rome
Three people were seriously injured in an early morning accident involving two motorcycles on Rome-Taberg Road in Rome.
The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says 48-year old Thurston Rudd of Rome was on his motorcycle with a passenger, 30-year old Kelly Sabia of Taberg, when they collided with a motorcycle being driven by 49-year old Peter Schipano of Rome.
Rudd was taken to Rome Memorial Hospital and is in stable condition.
Sabia and Schipano are both listed in critical condition at SUNY Upstate Hospital in Syracuse.
The accident is still under investigation.
