Three Men Arrested After Traffic Stop In Utica

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A vehicle pursuit in the city of Utica has led to charges against three Utica men.

Utica Police say it happened in the area of Leah and Neilson Streets.

24-year old Michael Billins, 25-year old Jamel Davis and 24-year old Kashif Shepard were charged with two counts each of criminal possession of a weapon and one count of unlawful possession of marijuana.

Police say they found a loaded semi-automatic handgun, marijuana and jewelry with the price tags still attached.

The investigation into the where the jewelry came from is continuing.
