Three Men Indicted In Olbiston Apartments Shooting

An Oneida County grand jury has indicted three Utica men in the May 14th shooting of Michael Sauerhafer at the Olbiston Apartments on Genesee Street.

Utica Police say 22-year old Dayvon Tillery, 26-year old Travon Carter and 28-year old Charles Carter were indicted on 60 felony charges including attempted murder, assault and weapons possession.

Sauerhafer suffered permanent paralysis in the shooting..
