Tornado Watch Issued For Oneida And Herkimer Counties

The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued Tornado Watch for Oneida and Herkimer Counties.

The watch will be in effect until 10:00 p.m. on Friday.

Madison County is under a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 9:00.

There's also a Wind Advisory in effect until 2:00 a.m. on Saturday.
