Two On Sheriff’s Office Top Ten Most Wanted Arrested

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office has captured two fugitives on the Sheriff's 2019 Top Ten Most Wanted List.

Sarah Barrett was arrested at a Walmart in Cicero after Sheriff's investigators developed information that she frequented the store.

Barrett was wanted for violating her parole on a felony charge of criminal possession of stolen property and had been on the run since 2018.

Hector Mercado was arrested in Buffalo after investigators learned that he may have been living there.

Mercado was wanted for failure to register as a sex offender.
