Two Utica Teens Charged With Robbery

Two Utica teens have been arrested in connection with a robbery that happened on Park Avenue.

Utica Police have charged 17-year old David Reyes and 17-year old Justin Frias with robbery.

Police say the pair threw a 17-year old to the ground and stole his cell phone and wallet.

The stolen items were allegedly found on one of the suspects.
