UPD Arrest Suspect After Allegedly Finding Her With Crack Pipe

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police are reporting the arrest of a suspect who was allegedly found in possession of a glass tube used to smoke crack cocaine.

Officials say Gail Brzdenik was stopped and interviewed on Kemble Street last night, after an officer on patrol observed her alleged suspicious activity. They say the glass pipe discovered on Brzdenik also contained a quantity of cocaine. She was charged with 7th Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Misdemeanor, and will answer the charge in Utica City Court at a later date.
