
UPD Asking for Help Finding Crime Stoppers Wanted Person of Week
The Utica Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding this week's Mohawk Valley Crime Stoppers Wanted Person of the Week.
Authorities are looking for 40-year-old Michael Turner of Utica on Sex Offender changes, according to Investigator Stan Fernalld of the Utica Police Department.
According to Fernalld, Turner is wanted by the Utica Police Department for Sex Offender - Failure to Report Change of Address (COR 0168-F sub 04) a Class E felony. Police say his last address was in the City of Utica. Police say he is a Level 2 Sex Offender.
