UPD Nab Man Wanted For Walmart Purse Theft

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Police say a man wanted for stealing a woman's purse at Walmart last month has been located.  The perpetrator is described as 30 year old Nicholas Morrison and police attribute his apprehension to social networking tools.

Officials say tips from Facebook and YouTube led them to Morrison who was still in possession of the purse he stole on January 23rd from a woman's shopping cart. The suspect is now facing five counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, which is a felony. Morrison will answer the charges in court at a later date.
