UPD Release Name Of Driver Involved In Fatal Accident

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Police are releasing the name of the driver involved in a fatal accident at South Street and Webster Avenue in Utica last night. 46-year-old William B. Daniels of Hopewell Virginia is identified as the driver. The suspect is reportedly in stable condition at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Officials say he is in police custody and is scheduled to be arraigned later today on DWI charges.

Utica Police and the Oneida County's District Attorney's Office are still investigating the accident that killed 50-year old Nurko Bakaran of Utica.
