UPD Safety Check Turns Bad For A Utica Man

Utica, NY (WIBX) - An early morning safety check is turning into a bad day for a Utica man. Police say as they were checking up on an individual in the area of Bleecker and Migate Street they encountered and questioned a man outside.

Officials discovered that Frank Capra was a suspect wanted on a reckless driving warrant. However, according to the report the situation turned even worse for Capra at the police station after he was charged with two additional counts for violating an order of protection in January. Capra will answer the charges in court at a later date.
