Utica American Legion Honors 3 Police Officers Of The Year [AUDIO]

To recognize National Law Day, Utica American Legion Post 229 honored three Utica Police officers as officers of the year at a ceremony last night.

Captain David Mickle, Lt. Loius Capri, and Officer Ryan Kelly all received the honor for their continued service to the UPD.

Officer Kelly said it was an honor to be given the award.

Officer Kelly is an eight year veteran of the force and the UPD's evidence technician .
