Utica Council Moves Forward With Roundabout

Utica, NY (WIBX) - The city's Common Council has approved a $2-million plan to construct a roundabout at Oneida Square. The tally was 7-2 with "No' votes coming from Jim Zecca and Frank Vescera.

City officials say 95-percent will be paid for with state and federal assistance. The remaining 5-percent could be funded with grants.
