Utica Man Arrested Following Domestic Incident In Lee

A Utica man has been arrested following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Lee.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says 27-year old Errick Selmon allegedly kicked in the locked door of his ex-girlfriend's house, grabbed her by the neck and choked her.

They say man in the house intervened and got into a fight with Selmon. Deputies say during the fight, Selmon was stabbed in the back.

Selmon is charged with burglary and criminal obstruction of breathing.
