Utica Man Arrested For Sending Indecent Materials To A Minor

A Utica man is under arrest for allegedly sending indecent material to a minor.

According to the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, 18-year-old Sheldon Olin sent the indecent material to a 12-year-old female.

The incident occurred in the City of Utica and Olin was arrested and sent to the Oneida County Correctional Facility on $2,500 bail.

The investigation is ongoing and other charges are possible. The victim was offered counseling through the Child Advocacy Center.
