Utica Man Arrested On Attempted Burglary Charge

A Utica man has been arrested in connection with several reports of attempted burglaries in developments off of Higby Road.

New Hartford Police have charged 28-year old Nicholas Roe with attempted burglary and possession of burglars tools.

Police say Roe tried to gain entry into at least one of the home but was unsuccessful.

The say some of the criminal activity was captured on an outside video camera.

The investigation is ongoing.
