Utica Man Charged Following Bomb Threat

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man was arrested following a bomb threat at St. Luke's Hospital.New Hartford Police say 32-year old Stefan Rubitski was in an exam room at the hospital seeking medical treatment when he called 9-1-1 and said there was an explosive device planted inside the hospital.

Police say an investigation determined that no explosive device existed.

Rubitski was charged with falsely reporting an incident.

He was sent to the Oneida County jail on $1,000 bail.
