Utica Man Charged Following Domestic Dispute

A Utica man is facing felony charges following a domestic dispute on Stage Road in Marcy.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says 22-year old Henry George, III allegedly subjected the victim to unwanted physical contact.

George was charged with criminal contempt.

An active order of protection was in place for the victim.

George was arraigned and sent to the County Jail on $25,000 bail.
