Utica Man Charged Following Domestic Dispute

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man is facing charges following a domestic dispute at BOCES on Middle Settlement Road in New Hartford.New Hartford Police say 53-year old Moses Hines, Jr. was involved in a fight in the parking lot and slapped and pushed 23-year old Ashley Mayo of Utica to the ground.

Police say there was an order of protection in effect from Utica City Court  which ordered that Hines refrain from any physical contact with Mayo.

Hines was charged with a felony count of criminal contempt and harassment.
