Utica Man Charged In Three Downtown Robberies

A week-long investigation into three separate robberies in the Downtown Utica area has led to the arrest of a Utica man.

Utica Police have charged 22-year old Frank Brinkley with three counts of felony robbery.

The robberies happened from December 12th through the 14th.

No injuries were reported as a result of the robberies.
