Utica Man Charged With Menacing

A Utica man has been arrested after allegedly threatening his neighbor during an argument.

Utica Police say 51-year old Albert Duffy grabbed a wooded dresser drawer and made a gesture that he was going to hit the victim while threatening to kill him.

They say Duffy then threw the drawer off a fire escape and hit the victim's vehicle.

Duffy was charged with menacing.
