Utica Man Charged With Menacing

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man was arrested for allegedly threatening a man with a gun.

Utica Police say a man was walking along the 700 block of Bleecker Street when a car pulled along side him and man pulled out a handgun and threatened him.

23-year old Carlos Martinez-Gueriddo was charged with menacing.
