
Utica Man Charged With Possessing Heroin
The New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET) has arrested a Utica following an investigation into the sale of heroin in the city.
Ronald Miller, 51, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance - a 'B' felony - after police conducted a search warrant at his home at 706 Blandina Street.
Investigators said heroin and packaging materials were found in his home.
Miller was sent to the Oneida County Jail on $7,500 bail.
