State Police Arrest Man For Allegedly Having Over 3 Ounces Of Heroin

A Utica man is in jail after State Police allegedly found over 3 ounces of heroin in his home.

Alexis Baez was arrested after the State Police Narcotics Enforcement team executed a search warrant at his Bleecker Street home.

Baez was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and sent to the Oneida County Jail.
