Utica Man Charged With Possession Of Weapon

A Utica man is facing charges, including criminal possession of a weapon, after an incident on Bleecker Street.

Utica Police were called to the 900 block of Bleecker for a report of an intoxicated man waving a gun.

22-year old Quandell O'Neal was arrested after several attempts by officers to take him into custody.

Police say O'Neal was in possession of a handgun.

O'Neal was also charged with resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration.
