Utica Man Charged With Public Lewdness

A Utica man has been arrested following an incident in the parking lot of Consumer Square in New Hartford.

New Hartford Police say 65-year old Stephen Kuznia -- a registered sex offender -- was seen by a woman allegedly committing a lewd act in his vehicle.

Police say the incident matched several other similar incidents that have happened in that area.

Kuznia was charged with one count of public lewdness.
