Utica Man Charged With Selling Imitation Pain Killer

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man is facing charges after allegedly selling hydrocodones to an undercover officer.After police took 42-year old Nicholas Cavalier into custody, they tested the drugs and found they were not hydrocodones, but an imitation drug.

Cavalier was charged with Sale of an Imitation Controlled Substance.

Hydrocodones are a controlled substance pain killer.
