Utica Man Facing Drug And Weapons Charges

A Utica man was arrested after Utica Police searched a home at 51 Grant Street.

The search warrant was executed after an investigation into the possession and sale of drugs.

38-year old Ellery Oravetz is facing numerous charges, including criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Police say during the search, they allegedly found a quantity of cocaine, marijuana, a handgun and drug paraphernalia.
