Utica Man Facing Drug Charges

A Utica man was arrested on drug charges after Utica Police executed a search warrant at 1527 Elm Street..

42-year old Arthur Atkins is facing multiple charges, including criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Police say they allegedly found cocaine, marijuana and drug packaging materials during their search.
