A Utica man is dead following a one-car crash in the Town of Trenton.
According to Oneida County Sheriff Rob Maciol, a deputy was traveling east on State Route 365 when he observed the accident in front of him.
An investigation revealed 91-year-old Richard Hill was driving his Subaru west on 365 near Prospect Depot Road.
The deputy observed Hill's vehicle leave the roadway and side swipe a guard rail. Hill's vehicle then crossed both lanes and hit the guard rail again, head-on.
