Utica Man On Federal Probation Facing Drug Charges

A Utica man is facing drug charges after police executed a search warrant as part of an investigation into the sale of crack cocaine.

Utica Police have charged 43-year old James Scarborough with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police allegedly seized a half-ounce of cocaine.

They say Scarborough is currently on Federal Probation
