Utica Police And Walmart Team Up For Backpack Giveaway

Walmart and the Utica Police Department teamed up for a "Back to School Backpack Giveaway."

They handing out backpacks full of supplies to elementary school students at the Parkway Rec Center today.

Each student received a backpack containing a water bottle, pencils, a pencil sharpener, crayons, glue and other miscellaneous items.

A total of 250 backpacks were given away.
