Utica Police Investigate Shooting

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man is facing charges following a shooting at Upper Level Productions on Genesee Street.

Utica Police say 33-year old James Spaan was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana and operating an unlicensed club.

Police say 28-year old Adrian Liggins of Utica is in stable condition at a local hospital after being shot.

The investigation into the shooting is continuing.
